By using QRCam, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the relevant features. Also read the Privacy and Cookie policies to understand how QR contents and normal website visit data are handled.
What the tool provides
QRCam offers browser camera QR scanning, static-image QR recognition, and result copying. PNG, JPG, and WebP files must be no larger than 20MB each. When a result is an HTTP or HTTPS address, you can open it manually. The tool does not automatically navigate to or execute QR text.
Device and permission requirements
Camera scanning requires a device with the relevant browser APIs, a secure context such as HTTPS or localhost, and your camera permission. Browser or system permissions, another app using the camera, or device restrictions may prevent it from starting. You can use image scanning instead or stop the camera at any time.
Your responsibilities
Scan only QR codes or images you are entitled to process, and respect applicable laws and the privacy of others. Do not use this website for infringement, fraud, unauthorized access, attacks, or service disruption. Check recognized content before copying or using it.
Recognition and result limitations
Recognition depends on QR clarity, size, completeness, lighting, glare, and browser performance. Blurred, covered, very small, or damaged codes may not be readable. QRCam does not guarantee recognition of every image or verify the truth of QR contents, identities, payment details, or websites.
External links
A QR code may contain an unsafe or misleading link. Check the full address before opening it, and do not trust a link or submit sensitive information merely because it was recognized. When you open a link, the destination website governs its own content, services, and data handling.
Result retention and availability
Scan results remain only in the current page memory. There is no scan history, permanent storage, or sharing-link feature. Copy important results before leaving the page. Browser, network, or third-party resource failures may affect loading and functionality.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this tool is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. You decide how to use scan results and assess the risks. We may change features and file limits and update these terms on this page. These terms do not exclude rights granted to you by law.
